Every year we try to have a summer party at home. We haven’t actually done any for the past 2-3 years due to various reasons, but this year we decided to have the summer party on 4th August, which was right in the middle of the London 2012 Summer Olympics games. We decided to have the “Olympics” theme and have asked our guests to bring a dish or two that would have an Olympic theme to it. Some have followed the brief and produced some very amazing dishes.
The weather was awful in the morning, with torrential downpours. Fortunately when the party began at 3pm, the raincloud decided to stay away from us and we all had a good time. Here are some photos from this rather memorable party – thanks to all the friends who came along and made it so much fun!
